Please note that due to the impact of COVID-19 & the temporary closures of the manufacturers there will be delays on the shipping on some of our products. Please contact us first prior to ordering to find out if it will affect your order.
- Items in stock will be dispatched the working day following order and standard delivery is 3 to 5 working days.
- Items not in stock could take longer so please allow 5-7 working days to receive your order.
- We only deliver to UK Mainland & Northern Ireland.
- The majority of our goods are delivered using a well established courier service with tracking facilities within Mainland UK.
- Any claim based on any defect in quality or condition of the products must be notified to us within 3 working days of delivery.

At K Lighting Supplies we want you to be happy when you shop with us which is why we have a no quibbles return policy. Any faults or damage must be reported within 3 days. Any unwanted products carry a 30 day money back guarantee, excluding any carriage charge - please email us for a returns number within this 30 day period.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returned items without a returns number. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please contact us for a returns number.

Refunds and exchanges will be subject to the item being returned to us in its original condition. That is, unused, all labels intact, and in its proper resalable packaging. A full refund will not be given if the item is not able to be sold again as new. The customer shall be held liable for the return of the item(s), K Lighting Supplies will only refund the postage of returned goods if the item is deemed as faulty.

Your Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel the order with K Lighting Supplies at any time up to the end of seven working days after you receive the goods. A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give us written notice by hand post, or email at the address or email address shown below, giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery.
If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost and risk. The goods must be returned to the address shown below. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. The goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at your own cost and risk within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
Once you have notified K Lighting Supplies that you are cancelling the contract, we will refund or credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you by the payment method you originally chose to pay for the goods.
If you do not return the goods as required, we may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.
